Rule 35
Employer's duty
: In addition to those written in sub-section (1) of section 69 of the Act, the employer's duty towards the worker shall be as follows:-
(a) In the event that any worker suffers an accident or falls ill in the course of work, make necessary arrangements to take such worker immediately to a hospital or health center for treatment,
(b) To inform the office that the employer has fulfilled other occupational safety and health obligations to the workers.
